Rocky is second year Wildcat who comes to us from St. Albert where he was the 2012 St. Albert Minor Football Association Midget Storm Offensive MVP and St. Albert Catholic High School Skyhawks Senior Offensive MVP. In 2013 Rocky played for Team North in the Senior Bowl.
