Wildcats add to Board
The Edmonton Wildcat Football Club would like to welcome two new additions to our “off field team”.
Joining us as Director – Corporate & Community Relations is Brad Gatschene and as Director – Communications is Meghann Tanner.
Brad spends his working days as the Branch Manager of RBC Main Branch. Brad will be helping the Wildcats enhance its relationship with the Corporate community, increase Corporate sponsorships as well as identifying roles for the Club to be engaged in the Community.
Brad brings a football passion from his playing and coaching days in Saskatchewan and his organizational skills honed in the financial world have extended to his volunteer world. Brad is a member of the Rotary Club of Edmonton, where he has worked on projects such as the Team Up To Tackle Polio with the Edmonton Eskimo Club, the Stick It To Polio initiative with the Edmonton Oil Kings and the Rotary Roast which this year saw Patrick LaForge CEO/President of the Edmonton Oilers on the hot seat.
Brad can be contacted directly at corprelations@edmontonwildcats.com.
Meghann works at Tanner Young Publishing Group as a Sales and Marketing Manager. Tanner Young Publishing Group has published both print and online visitor information since 1987. Some of their publications include Yellowhead IT! Highway Guide, WHERE Edmonton Magazine, Our Alberta Travel Guide and Canadian Cowboy Country Magazine.
Meghann has a solid background in print and digital media. Meghann is currently the Vice President of Education for Southern Lights Toastmasters Club and Co-Chair of Bling ‘N Boots – a gala fundraiser for STARS Air Ambulance. Meghann will be responsible for ensuring the Wildcat story continues to be told through a variety of mediums. Watch for interesting interviews to be posted on our website.
