Winter Workouts Information
Our Winter Workouts are open to everyone. Full schedule is here.
Please bring your helmet, shoulder pads and cleats. Liability waivers need to be signed before you can go on the field and will be available when you get to the workout. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian signature is required. You can print off the form and bring it with you if your guardian will not be coming with you, or e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Link to form: CJFL Waiver of Liability
